Kaish & Taub Development is developing the Bee’s Ferry Road
project, located in historic Charleston, SC. The
site, situated on a total of 13.5 acres parcel of
commercial/retail land, is within minutes from
Charleston International Airport as well as downtown
Charleston and the scenic waterfront. The Company
plans to develop the site for 76,000 sq. ft. on
grade and 38,000 sq. ft of flex office space to be
sold or leased. We believe the commercial project to be developed on
the Bee’s Ferry Road site will allow us to take full
advantage of the demand for commercial retail in the
rapidly growing area of Charleston.
The company hired Mashburn Construction with
corporate offices in Charleston, Myrtle Beach and
Columbia, South Carolina to provide pre-construction
cost estimates and coordination support. Mashburn
has extensive experience in both office and retail
developments.
