NORMAN KAISH, Senior Managing Partner
NORMAN KAISH, Senior Managing Partner , is a developer of residential and retail condo and senior assisted living properties in the New York area. Kaish is currently developing four mixed use projects with Kaish & Taub Development Group. A former innovative corporate startup developer and technology entrepreneur with over 30 years experience specializing in the launch and development of real estate and technology companies. Skilled in business and technical planning and implementation, construction and development, Kaish grew up in a family owned electrical construction business and participated in the position of Vice President.
For over 40 years, Kaish Construction built ground up construction as both prime and sub contractors including Goldwater Memorial Hospital, South Shore High School, Wards Island, and many office and municipal buildings in the New York Metropolitan area. The company also completed numerous gut renovations for the New York City Department of Health and Hospitals and the NYC Board of Education. He left the family business to serve as Vice President of Operations for Scientific Pollution Control Corporation (public co.) which developed equipment and supplied trades for the installation of wet scrubbers and compactors for residential housing and electrostatic precipitators for Con Edison power plants. He is the senior managing partner of Kaish and Taub, a New York based real estate developer and has served as a Vice President of Savoy Senior Housing Corporation which built several new construction assisted living projects in NYC. 
Kaish served as president of Congregation Anshei Shalom for 4 years and is currently a chairman of the West Hempstead Civic Association. Norman Kaish is married with two daughters.
LEONARD TAUB, Senior Managing Partner 
LEONARD TAUB, Senior Managing Partner, Mr. Taub joined with Norm Kaish in 2000 to form Kaish and Taub Development and currently owns mixed use residential and commercial properties in the New York metropolitan area, including 316 Bowery, 2, 4 and 6 Bleecker Street. Mr. Taub is currently developing four mixed use projects with Kaish & Taub Development Group. He recently sold, an 18,000 square foot commercial property which was rehabilitated at 158 Broadway in Brooklyn. At present Mr. Taub renovating property at 2 Bleecker Street, which consists of residential lofts, and is planning to convert it into condominiums. He has completed a gut rehabilitation rental project on 4 and 6 Bleecker Street.
Leonard Taub has owned and operated a major automated food service machinery manufacturing facility in the New York area for over twenty years where he supplied and oversaw the installation of refrigerated warehouse structures for medium to large bakery goods distribution facilities throughout the United States as well as abroad. Taub holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic Institute of New York.
STAN PEARSON, Construction Manager 
STAN PEARSON, Construction Manager, brings over 30 years of professional experience in the development and management of the construction process for a variety of project types, including residential, retail, information technology centers, healthcare, commercial, corporate headquarters, institutions, hotels and judicial facilities.
Prior to founding Pearson Consulting Group, Stan was Senior Vice President and Head of Project Development at Skanska Construction Co. For 4 years Stan Pearson has served as a Vice President and Managing Partner for Hansen Lind Meyer, Inc (HLM Design). Stan was also employed for 6 years at nationally recognized architectural firm of Skidmore Ownings & Merrill.
Pearson has earned his Master of Science degrees in Architecture and Urban Planning at University of Michigan.
Stan will be overseeing the Clinton, Gramercy Park and Williamsburg projects.
CARMEN GUAGENTI, Administration Coordinator
We are sad to announce the departure of Kara McElduff. We will all miss her dearly. However, we are happy to announce the appointment of Carmen Guagenti. We welcome Carmen Guagenti to the Kaish and Taub Family. Carmen will be taking over Kara’s duties as Office Manager. Carmen brings with her experience in management and accounting. Carmen holds a BS in Accounting from Herbert H. Lehman College, Bronx, NY.

BERNADETTE SOTO, Administration Assistant
Bernadette Soto is our new Administrative Assistant. Her duties include communicating with investors, financial packaging and printing, as well as general administrative tasks. Bernadette studied Business Administration at Bernard Baruch College, New York, NY. Bernadette is a multi-tasking member of Kaish & Taub team, with 13 years of experience from Bertholon-Rowland Corp.

SERGEY PESCHANYY, Manager of Technical Services

Sergey's responsibilities include office and field projects, technical systems oversight involving computers, printers, e-mail, websites and telecommunications. Sergey is fluent in English and Russian. Sergey is currently earning a BS in Civil Engineering at the Polytechnic University of Brooklyn. He is a member of an American Society of Civil Engineers.
